Secure Five Sponsors

You need to find five sponsors to contribute £260.00 each. This money will pay for the first 1,000 bags. If you think that you want to start with more than 1,000 bags, then by all means, go for it. The bags cost £1 each (see the "bag cost" supplement below).

This is an easy sell! The bags are great publicity for the sponsors. Not only do they get their name or logo printed on the back of every bag, but, because we only give the bags to people who are committed to using them again and again, their logos will be in every checkout queue every day of the year!

Once you have found a business that meets your criteria and is willing to be a sponsor, run through the Sponsorship Form together and award them the Green Bag Project Seal of Approval (both downloadable below).

If you are having a hard time finding sponsors try talking with parent governors and school administrators. Usually the same companies that donate money to the schools will be interested in sponsoring your project.
