I have been involved in setting up The Green Bag project, so I decided to send out the Toolkit we designed to some key people to get some feedback - they have been:

• Essex County Council
• Colchester Borough Council
• Colchester Enform (Environment Agency)

All parties were very interested, and wanted to get involved and help. However the dilemma I face is how to get these people talking to each other?

Easier said that done, in this conservative, bureaucratic town!
